Love is the Big Thing - Charles Leiter

Don't Be Scared of the Word Love - Charles Leiter

Sodomite 'marriage' is the Beginning of the Persecution of the Church

For those of you who just don't understand, the sodomite 'marriage' law proposed by these sodomite groups is really not about seek mere 'equality'. No, they are seeking to force everyone to submit to their vile sodomite agenda. Sodomite 'marriage' is just one such tool. It will in the future further legitimise hatred against the Church, and provide a powerful tool to attack Christians. Don't believe me? Look at the cases in America where Christian bakeries and florists went bankrupt because some sodomite sued them for not making a cake with a pro-sodomite message, or flowers for a sodomite 'wedding'! Mark my word. See: http://www.acl.org.au/senate_inquiry_hears_about_freedom_losses_under_same_sex_marriage_law http://www.acl.org.au/same_sex_marriage_would_weaponise_anti_discrimination_laws

The Fallacy of the Claim that Usury in the Bible refers to '"Excessive" interest

Many in the modern western Church think that 'usury' in the Bible refers to "excessive" interest. This definition of usury being excessive interest is a perversion of the true Biblical definition of interest. The Jewish Encylopedia explains: In modern language this term denotes a rate of interest greater than that which the law or public opinion permits; but the Biblical law, in all dealings among Israelites, forbids all "increase" of the debt by reason of lapse of time or forbearance, be the rate of interest high or low, while it does not impose any limit in dealings between Israelites and Gentiles. Hence in discussing Jewish law the words "interest" and "usury" may be used indiscriminately. There are three Biblical passages which forbid the taking of interest in the case of "brothers," but which permit, or seemingly enjoin, it when the borrower is a Gentile, namely, Ex. xxii. 24; Lev. xxv. 36, 37; Deut. xxiii. 20,

The Bible respects No interest. Usury in the Bible means ALL interest, not just "excessive" interest

Many people in the modern western Church think that usury refers to "excessive" interest, and not interest per se . However, little do they know about the history of the word 'usury'. The term 'usury' in the true sense refers to all interest. However, the term became twisted sometime during the 15th to 16th century to refer to "excessive" interest owing to pro-usury factions in Europe seeking to justify usury. This definition is critical because it will determine one's understanding of this sin. All sin is a matter of life or death, whether it is a sin that people always talk about, or one that no one ever talks about, such as usury. All sin is serious in God's eyes, whether it is taken seriously by the Church or totally ignored by the Church.  The failure to have a right understanding of any sin leads to sin, not only because one did not know one has sinned. It is because having a wrong understanding of sin is itself manifestation of the

Letter Evangelism: My Gospel Letter to Volley Australia

The Australian Christian Lobby sought to wage a campaign against Volley Australia for their pornographic advertisement to express disappointment. So, I decided to write a letter to Volley to express love to them by witnessing to them. It is as follows: I write this not to express outrage or anger, but with love and care for the people behind the Volley advertisement, the subject of the complaint. I write this because the people behind the campaign need to know (which they already do), that God exists, and that He will judge all of us for all the things each of us has done. They are included. The promotion of sexual immorality, which is what the Bible, the Word of God, calls it. The issue here is not what I or any other person thinks about it. Rather, it is what God, before Whom all of us will stand, thinks. Sexual immorality and the approval and support of it is a sin, the breaking of God's Moral Law. Because it is a sin against God, and God is the ultimate M

To even think that one "Needs" money is itself Utter Faithless, and to Call Jesus a Liar

It is easy for a true follower of Christ to simply acknowledge that God will provide one's needs, as Jesus said in Matthew 6:30-34:   Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith? 31  Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? 32  (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. 33  But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. 34  Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof. But, how many in the modern (true) Church really truly believe in this passage and heed it? You may dismiss those who fail to heed this passage, and for that matter, other p

Wretched: The Real History of the Crusades.

Debt is a Trap, Be Wise, Avoid the Snare of Debt!

Australia currently has the highest level of personal debt in the world. A survey by Barna, a research organisation "focused on the intersection of faith and culture" reported in 2015 that the debt levels of Christians in America are about the same as that of their secular counterparts .  It seems like there is really no difference between the Church and the world in the west, on the issue of debt. Debt is a trap. The Bible contains many warnings to not be a guarantor for another. Proverbs, the book of wisdom gives many such warnings: My son, if you become surety for your friend, If you have shaken hands in pledge for a stranger, 2  You are snared by the words of your mouth; You are taken by the words of your mouth. 3  So do this, my son, and deliver yourself; For you have come into the hand of your friend: Go and humble yourself; Plead with your friend. 4  Give no sleep to your eyes, Nor slumber to your eyelids. 5  Deliver yourself like a gazelle from the hand of the hun
