The Key Characteristics of the spirit of Religion

There are many professing followers of Christ in the professing Church today who are religious but are not truly spiritual. They attend church regularly, may be active in church, and even read Scripture regularly, pray and fast. Most who think that they are followers of Christ, or Christians, in the true sense of the term, but are not.  Being a follower of Christ is not about being religious, but about being spiritual, walking both in truth and in Spirit (John 4:24). A person may be religious and not know Christ at all, just as the Pharisees in the New Testament did not know Christ at all (Read the synoptic Gospels in the Bible, that is, Matthew, Mark, Luke and John). Such people will hear Jesus say to them on the Day of Judgement: ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’ (Matthew 7:23). What frightening words! Such words are truly the most frightening words one could ever hear. What could be more frightening than to hear the King of Kings and Lord ...

Why So Many Professing Followers of Christ are Angry and Bitter at God

Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart (Psalm 37:4). God created you for a unique purpose that only you can fulfil successfully.   No one else can fulfil it. He will give you all that you need to fulfil your calling that He has called you to.  You may be at a season in your life where everything seems dry, or that nothing which excites you is happening in your life. If that is what you are experiencing in your life, God is preparing you for something greater. He wants you to wait on Him expectantly, patiently, but not desperately.  If you are waiting on God for something desperately, it means that your desire for what you are waiting on God for is your own desire, and not a desire God has placed in your heart. The desires in your heart, and the only desires that God will give you, are those which He has placed in your heart. Psalm 37:4 says “Delight thyself also in the LORD; and He shall give thee the desires o...

Boasting about Your so-called "Blessings" leads to Hell

Many in the modern Western church love to talk about how "blessed" they are, because they have a nice house, luxury car, fulfilling well-paying job with good work conditions, good marriage, and good children, regular holidays, and a big network of friends. Such is a false and deception view of what it means to be truly blessed, which has taken the Church by storm. Their boasting, they think, is a means of glorifying God, but it is not. It is an abomination to God: Every one that is proud in heart is an abomination to the LORD: though hand join in hand, he shall not be unpunished (Proverbs 16:5). Woe to you who love to boast about your so-called "blessings", and parade it in front of everyone. You may think you are so favoured by God because of what you have, but you are not. You are full of perversion and pride. You think God loves you more than the believers in the poorer nations, because you have more wealth, health and prosperity? You think you have a spe...

Following Christ requires Total and Absolute Self-Denial, with No Exceptions or Qualifications

For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it? Lest haply, after he hath laid the foundation, and is not able to finish it, all that behold it begin to mock him, Saying, This man began to build, and was not able to finish. Or what king, going to make war against another king, sitteth not down first, and consulteth whether he be able with ten thousand to meet him that cometh against him with twenty thousand? Or else, while the other is yet a great way off, he sendeth an ambassage, and desireth conditions of peace. So likewise, whosoever he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, he cannot be my disciple. (Luke 14:28-33) The Christian faith is a faith of self-denial, with no exceptions or qualifications. Some may say that this is to promote "asceticism", as a cunning ruse to justify their pleasure-seeking and treasure-seeking ways. They accuse all those who promote sel...

Ethnocentrism and Ethnonationalism are of the spirit of Division, Strife and War

All types of division between humanity, the greatest cause of division is ethnicity, bar none.  Ethnocentrism is the cause of most wars. It is also that which units a country together, and prevents it from being divided, where people choose not to be divided but united because of their ethnicity. Likewise, in the most perverted of ways, where people are of different ethnicities, and where there is political turmoil, or where a country cannot sustain itself being resource-poor, people are divided along the lines of ethnicity, and separate from each other over ethnicity. Such is perversion. It is the evil manifestation of strife, division and war. People love others, or refraining from hating others, because of their ethnicity, being the same as their "own". People hate others, full of indifference towards their suffering, hardship, and oppression, because of their ethnicity, being different from their "own". Even in our times, which is often touted as very cosm...

Racial Segregation is NOT Ordained or Designed by God

Racial segregation is an idea promoted by some so-called 'christians' who I will not call Christians, who think that the Bible not only permits, but mandates racial segregation. They think that anyone who disagrees with them on their pet doctrine of racial segregation is some kind of modern liberal, simply for refusing to compromise with them on this issue, even accusing them of being responsible for the evils of wicked vile and perverted agendas which fight for so-called "equality", such as feminist movement, homosexual movement, and transgender movement. Being against racial segregation does not mean that one believes in the humanistic conception of so-called "equality" which purports that people must be on the same level of various earthly measures, such as wealth, power, or education to be deemed to be treated in a way that is acceptable.   Being against racial segregation as a follower of Christ is to recognise that all human beings are created in t...

The True Christian faith is Universal. Christ Broke Down all Ethnic and Cultural Barriers so that His Followers are One in Christ

Many unbelievers in various parts of the world think that Christianity is an ethnocentric religion, both in the western and non-western world. This is in large part owing to the presentation of the history of Christianity as primarily a western one, where the western world is presented as good and righteous, and non-western world presented as bad and full of darkness. However, Christianity has had strong historical roots outside of Europe since at least the Middle Ages, if not before in places such as  Africa and Middle East.  In recent history, Christianity has been twisted and used by ethnonationalists in the west to justify their supremacy, who typically love to target islam for criticism, not because they are righteous, but because it allows them to justify their supposed moral superiority to the non-western world. This twisted version of 'christianity' these sick people have created in not true Christianity at all.  They are liars who create a stumbling block for...
