Modern church prostitutes herself to the world

The problem in the modern world today where the church is trampled upon and spat on by the unsaved is not with the unsaved. The unsaved know not what they are doing. They are blinded by satan and cannot see what is right because of this. It is the Christians who must expose works of darkness. However, today's church, in the name of being "tolerant" and "kind" seek to please men rather than God. This is the case of many of you including the staff worker from a campus ministry who keeps trying impose his rules of gentleness. Gentleness is not a set of rules, which this person makes it out to be, but a fruit. By fearing men, and trying to not "offend" people, pandering to human sensitivities which are all evil, the church has not only lost it salt and light which Jesus commanded it to produce. It is has prostituted itself to the world.  Worse still, one of the people from this ministry has tempted me for 40 nights and days into his man-fearing ways.

"Cultural sensitivity" training

Many workers now need to undergo "cultural sensitivity" training to understand how to "care" for the cultural values of others. Such is the humanistic spirit which thinks it is 'secular sin' of heresy to make others feel upset about their "alternative" lifestyles which may include homosexuality or pagan rituals such as child-sacrifice. This false doctrine has crept into the modern church which imposes what it sees of 'culturally appropriate' ways to share the Gospel. The truth is that there are no culturally appropriate ways to do so, because  the Gospel is offensive to the proud, rebellious, Hell-deserving sinners who are dying all around us. The church should just stop the in-fighting about "methods" of sharing the Gospel and just preach it.  Do not listen to what modern evangelicals say about culturally sensitivity. Ignore them. They are like the firefighters who fiddle over what type of hose to use and tell other firefig

Beware false teachers who are homosexual sympathisers

I have once been rebuked by a false teacher who told me I was being "judgmental" because I called two homosexual judges evil. She said that they had done some things "Jesus said to do", whatever they are. The Bible tells us that the good works of the unrighteous are filthy rags (Isaiah 64:6). She called me "homophobic" because I affirmed homosexuality to be a sin. She then harshly tries to shut me down by saying that if I called her politically incorrect, it is my "failure" to not listen to what she said. Well, as if she was the ultimate authority. What arrogance! She is being politically correct by being a homosexual sympathiser. The two judges are evil and must be called out as such.  Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove  them (Ephesians 5:11).

What is War?

Both the world and the church see war as a cause of concern. Both talk about the ethics and morality of war, reasons for war and whether one should support war. One needs to ask what is the essence of war before such questions can be answered. War is the destruction of human life, humans created in the image of God  (Genesis 1:27), each and every one of them who God loves infinitely, no matter how rebellious, stubborn or hateful of God they may be. God created absolutely each and every single human being for His glory. That is the ultimate purpose of life for each and every single person.  War, must be called what it is: murder. Then only can a proper, wise discussion of war proceed. War is always murder. It is the intentional destruction of human life with knowledge that human life will be destroyed. Even the mere thought of war being "possibly" justifiable is wicked in the eyes of the Lord because He detests hands that shed innocent blood (Proverbs 6:16-17). War always i

No mercy, no love and no compassion: survival of the fittest

The African Savannah was one of the most dangerous places in the natural world, if not the most dangerous place. It was sweltering hot during the day all year, and chillingly cold at night all year, for the African Savannah was the desert.  The animals that lived in the Savannah had their ways of surviving in such a harsh, hostile environment. They all learned their ways, which were passed down from generation to generation. Any animal that was too weak or feeble had no chance of survival: the rule was that whoever was stronger would destroy, or eat the week. Such is survival of the fittest. There was no point of helping the feeble or weak, because, in the minds of the animals that lived in the Savannah, they were destined to die in such a way.  Whoever had control over the African Savannah controlled the whole land. The lion, which was the most powerful creature, was feared by all. Any animal that did not fear the lion was a fool, and is the next to find his way into the lion’s d

Acts of serving God becoming graven images

God  is  a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship  him  in spirit and in truth (John 4:24). Many professing Christians claim to worship God in what they do. There are many professing Christian organisations involved in many 'social justice' causes such as feeding the poor, providing shelter for the homeless and clothing the naked. Indeed, the Bible does teach that the Christian should be helping the needy. Jesus said: " Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done  it  unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done  it  unto me" (Matthew 25:40).  However, there is a very real danger in seeking to do acts for God. The danger is to be deceived into think that one is worshiping  God by doing certain acts, whether it is feeding the poor, clothing the needy, or even preaching the Gospel. Doing any acts which God commands does not mean that one is worshiping God, or even that one's heart is right with God. While this may seem obvious, and you ma

Beware of falling into the trap of trying to serve God and mammon

One of the most defining characteristics of false teachers is that they all seek only after their physical earthly needs, not to say, wealth. This is literally that indicates hostility against God. Indeed, false teachers may be religious, spiritual, humanitarian or even moral. How can they be a false teacher, you may ask.  The Bible does not say no one seeks after religion, spirituality or even a deity to worship. It says that no one seeks after God (Romans 3:11). Jesus said that humans by nature love darkness, that is, evil:   Light  has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil.   Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that their deeds will be exposed (John 3:19-20). Just as Adam and Eve ran away from God and wanted to hide from Him after they sinned, all their descendants, which includes you and me, have turned away from God (Genesis 3:8). Beware of teachers within the church, and i

Zeal for God

Much of the zeal I lot for evangelism was because of someone from a campus ministry who vexed my spirit in telling me that using the Law of God is wrong. He knows who he is. I now have to seek to regain the zeal, much of it through anger directed at this particular person. He has vexed my spirit and yet asks "why are you so angry?". Such is a condescending question, that which is only asked for those whom are angry at nothing. However, this is a case of being angry at something. He now pays by having to endure the effects of a vexed spirit that he caused. He even criticises my zeal, saying it is "worrying". Phinehas, the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, hath turned my wrath away from the children of Israel , while he was zealous for my sake among them , that I c onsumed not the children of Israel in my jealousy (Numbers 25:11). Expose, attack and shun evil spirits

Those of you modern evangelicals who deny the existence of evil spirits of hatred, jealousy, and pride etc, need to read your Bibles more carefully. You need to read Ephesians 6:10-12: Finally, be strong in the Lord  and in his mighty power.   Put on the full armor of God,  so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.     For our struggle is not against flesh and blood,  but against the rulers, against the authorities,  against the powers  of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms . Thus, it is clear that the Christian fights evil spirits.  It is unbelievable that modern evangelicals deny the existence of such spirits and even criticise me for attacking them. I can be sure that people from a modern evangelical ministry defame my name about this, justifying this as "caring for the needs of our students" and "protecting the flock from what you feed them". I know, and I can be sure.   The Bible talks ab

Addressing hard issues in the Bible

Below is a post by Ray Comfort. The principles he uses applies to all "hard" questions and objections asked of the Bible: "How do you explain to unbelievers who think that God is hateful etc, the 'violence' and 'slavery' in the Old Testament, that God is loving, just, kind etc?"  This is a hill upon which to die, particularly for the atheist. The argument is that if God can be proven to be evil, then He has no right to judge the world on Judgment Day. If he can prove that God is wicked, then in his own mind, he can justify his darling sins--pornography, lust, fornication, adultery, homosexuality, etc. It is because he is secretly trying to cover his sins that you will rarely give him an answer with which he agrees. Seldom will you hear, "Wow! I never knew that. That's very helpful. Thank you. I will now seek after God and soften my heart to the gospel." If you explain the slavery issue he will run to the issue of violence in th

Stewardship is NOT ownership

Many Christians rightly accept that God expects wise stewardship of His Creation. However, many of them equate this to ownership, and hence the right to private ownership/property. They argue that private ownership, as opposed to state ownership allows one to glorify God through stewardship, and therefore, the Bible affirms private ownership.  The earth  is  the LORD'S, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein (Psalm 24:1). This describes God's Sovereignty over absolutely everything, including human life - one's life including yours and mine. God owns our bodies and our lives whether we accept it or not. Since God is absolutely Sovereign, it means to no human is sovereign over anything - all human authority and possessions are from God, by God and through God's grace ALONE. Therefore, that God commands humans to manage His Creation does not confer any "right" on any human to private property/ownership. An obligation to do something d

Was the 8th Commandment given to protect "private property"?

Many Christians think that the 8th Commandment, 'do not steal', was given to protect private property. They think it means that it is given for this purpose. Is this really the case? To answer this, one must understand why God gave the Moral Law. Galatians 3:19 says:  Wherefore then  serveth  the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made;  and it was  ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator. It was given to reveal sin - to show humans how vile, evil, wicked and abominable pieces of filth they are.  Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster  to bring us  unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith (Galatians 3:24). It was to show that no person can keep it. The Law of God emanates from His very character  Himself. It is based on His character of love.  God is love.  Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them (1 John 4:16).  The Law of God is the Law of Love. The Law shows the sin nature of humanity whi

Murder and lies are of satan

The Bible makes it clear that satan is the father of lies and a murderer from the beginning (John 8:44). Satan lied to Eve, and deceived her. As a result of being seduced by satan's lies, Adam and Eve brought death to the whole world by sin.  Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned (Romans 5:12). Every lie, murder or hatred, which Jesus said to be murder (1 John 3:15) is of the devil. Every war in history involves lies, hatred and murder. Wars are based on lies, used to deceive people into thinking they are justified in killing people, and use murder to take away life. Satan uses war as a means of destroying and stealing lost souls, to take them to Hell with him. Such a deed is anti-Christ.  Jesus came to give eternal life, not snatch it away.  The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundant

Evil spirits control and demonise people

I received this from a modern evangelical who I can guarantee defames my name behind my back, telling everyone I am a "false teacher" because I use the word 'under the spirit'. He slanders me, I can be sure of that: I think we disagree about a lot to do with the way you speak about mammon and evil spirits. I don't find the idea that Christians can be under an evil spirit in the Bible, we are filled with the Holy Spirit. And I don't find any mention of the evil spirits you named. I'm not saying that we don't have areas of sin like pride and gluttony which can be a particularly strong and long struggle for us. I think that comes from our sinful heart through, not an evil spirit. There are plenty of passages that point to the human heart being the source of these things not evil spirits. He implies very rudely that I am saying there are no wicked desires in the heart. That is NOT what I am trying to say. What I am saying is that evil spirits do exist,

Exposing the spirit of war

War. Many die as a result of it. Many families are torn apart because of it. Many women lose their sexual dignity as a result of it. Many children are tortured and manipulated into it. War.  Many Christians claim to support war in the quest to serve justice and help the vulnerable. They claim that this is a righteousness, despite not knowing about the roots of such thinking. Indeed, the "Just War" Theory was formulated by catholic church. Many in the modern church are influenced by it. Many non-Christians are influenced by it too in a quest for justice. Can war really be just? What is the real nature and spirit of war? What did Jesus say? That is what this next series of posts will explore.

The Real Face of Feminism and its Deceptively Evil Subversiveness

A Modern Ideology? Many think that feminism is a modern, progressive ideology, only able to be appreciated by the sophisticated secular woman, and never able to be accepted by the ‘naive, religious woman’ too weak to even stand up for herself. However, the spirit of feminism has been around since the Garden of Eden when Eve gave the fruit from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil to her husband Adam. Feminism is a subversion spirit that satan uses to make woman turn against man, despise his authority, and ultimately, make her think that God “subordinates” her by subjecting her to ‘oppression’ by virtue of her role as a helper.   Feminism is satan’s tool against woman, not out of love, but out of hate. He seeks to malign her view of God, hate man, that is, male persons, and despise his God-given authority so as to show contempt to God’s order of Creation. The spirit of feminism is against God’s order of Creation for male and female distinctions by virtue of roles, but not dig
