Many in the modern western Church do not really understand what liberalism is. They may be able to identify the beliefs of people who ascribe to liberalism, and  undoubtedly be able to sense the spirit of liberalism. But what really is liberalism?  Liberalism is the ideology that all things are of man, by man, and for man. Man is at the centre of everything. This ideology would be properly called secular humanism.Liberalism is the most humanistic of all doctrines, and most demonic because it is the utter hatred of God by being self-centred, self-seeking and self-entitled.  Many worldviews, such as many religions, at least speak of not being self-centred and caring for others, although of course, they do not nor cannot provide the answers as to why one should love and care for others. There is a movement in the west which seeks to normalise and legitimise paedophilia. You may argue that is will not happen as so many naive Christians do, thinking that things do not change. Things do change. Just as the homosexual movement was underground for years, it sought to cast doubt on its immorality and decency, then creating a culture that tolerated it. This tolerance of homosexuality lead to one which eventually created a culture that views opposition or even the mere questioning of homosexuality as "hateful" and "bigotted". One modern evangelical said to me that "I think Australians think we are ... intolerant (of other religions)". Intolerance is a virtue. If a person was a paedophile, or murderer, would you tolerate him? Would you tolerate his motives? No, you surely wouldn't.  The statement that Christianity is intolerant is a utterly deceptive one. While many may say this is their business which is true, this incident is the start of the commercialisation of homosexuality. The ideology underlying liberalism is that one should seek one’s own ends in whatever way one sees fit. This has lead to the demise of morality in the postmodern society and the silencing of anyone who speaks against it. Modern society places an emphasis on tolerance, in particular, religious tolerance. Tolerance in modern society means to accept the beliefs of others to be legitimate in itself on the grounds that people have "right" to choose what they want to believe in. Liberalism is the ideology that people can choose to do whatever they like as long as others do not feel hurt. This is often expressed as “people can do whatever they like as long as it doesn’t hurt anybody”. However, whether or not people get hurt or feel hurt, an act that is immoral is objectively and universally immoral. Morality is not dependent on culture, race, country or ideology. Liberalism knows no objective and universal moral standards. Liberal indoctrination has lead to cultural and moral relativism that is now the only acceptable ideology in the West. Any ideology or proposition which promotes moral absolutism is deemed to be bigoted. Modern universities are a propaganda tool for liberalism.
