Debt is a Trap from the World Seeking to Enslave People to Mammon, and Devour Souls

And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God (Romans 12:2). The Bible warns about not following the world (Romans 12:2), loving the world (1 John 2:15), or being friends with the world (James 4:4). The world is an organised system designed to not only to encourage sinners to sin, but to seduce those who resist sin into sin, and enslave them to sin. It seeks to not only enslave, but actively force people to enslaved to the world's systems. The prince of the world is not passive in seeing sinners sin. His focus is on the saints, hell-bent on ensnaring them into the systems of the world, seeking to seduce them with all kinds of allures. Of the most dangerous allures he uses is the allure of ease, comfort and security.  Debt is a powerful way of alluring people. There is a whole system in the western world designed to enslave people to debt. That rent is muc...

The Decline of Christendom Spelt the Rise of Capitalism

This is an excellent summary of Church history in the reformation era by Ted Shoebat . The death of Christendom was capitalised upon by profit-orientated merchants to bring in a mammonised financial system, all under the guise of 'industry': With the decline of Christendom came the rise of industrialism. Profit was put on a pedestal at the expense of virtuous valor. Hence, in the 16th century, with the rise of protestantism, the gradual cultivation of nationalism, and the indifferentism of much of the Catholic States, we find France, Naples, Venice and Genoa, making alliances with the Ottomans for commerce; we find Calvinist Hungarians fighting Catholics under Ottoman favor; we find the Calvinist Dutch attacking Catholics in Tunisia; we find the French making military incursions in alliance with the Ottomans against Catholic Christendom; we find Dutch pirates capturing Christians for sex trafficking (selling both women and young boys) under both the Dutch flag and ...

Socialism and Capitalism are Two Sides of the Same Coin. Both are Evil, Demonic and Vile. To Hell with them Both!

Satan is very cl eve r and flexible. He is adaptable. He is able to make two enemy group agree on the same thing, by appealing to their evil motives, both of which are the same. He is able to stir up conflict between wicked people who are enemies of each other, and then use something they agree on to promote a greater evil. This manifests in all kinds of ways. One of the way this manifests in conservatives of America. Satan uses Islam to bait the conservatives, including the conservative Christians of America into fighting evil, by means of promoting the counter-jihad movement. However, the American counter-jihad movement is full of secularists, who hate Christianity and are pro-homosexual. So, they are simply not your friends, Christian. They are not, whatever they may say in enticing you, or in ensuring you that they tolerate you. What do many of these conservative Christians do? They continue to support the counter-jihad movement, even though they are pro-homosexual. Yet, little...

The whole idea of Superannuation is Against what Jesus said about Not storing up Treasures on Earth

Australians just love their 'super'. They look forward to their years in 'retirement' where they can just "enjoy life". This includes many Australian Christians, orthodox, evangelical and conservative Christians, who have no idea just what spirit they are under. They also think that there is nothing wrong with super. However, this just testifies to how under the spirit of mammon they are, and how enslaves they are to him. There is even a company called Christian Super . They say on their website: Do you care how your hard-earned super is being invested? Would you like to receive social and environmental returns, along with financial returns? Like sending students to university, investing in hospitals, producing clean water, creating affordable housing, developing green energy… all while avoiding things that harm people and our planet. Christian Super are ethical investing experts. 100% of our investments are ethically screened based on values we fi...

Investments by Usury make Usurers Out of All Investors who are 'Passive Lenders'

Usury is ubiquitous in the modern world. The whole global financial system is trapped in a spider web of usury. No wonder it has been called "The Web of Debt", which is of course the title of author and lawyer Ellen Brown's book.  Usury does not only affect the person who is actually charging usury on loans in the modern world. It affects people on a mass scale. It also affects not only borrowers and lenders who are actively borrowing and lending. It affects also what can be called 'passive lenders'.  Passive lenders are those who are not actively charging interest or usury on loans, but benefit from usury as a result of receiving a gain on investments or bank deposits. They have a bank account, which accumulates usury on it. Since almost everyone in the west invariably has a bank account, including people borrowing money to buy a house, almost everyone is a usurer, not by choice, but as a result of the actions of others.  That precisely is the situation in ...

How Tension between Savers and Borrowers is a Manifestation of Usury

Usury is interest on a loan, a charge made for lending. The Bible calls it an abomination (Ezekiel 18:13). Even secular atheistic people have condemned usury for being exploitative and evil. The ancient world, as wicked as it was, condemned usury, in the true sense of the term, that is, all interest on a loan. It was not only seen as unacceptable, but treated as an evil means of oppression and the height of all avarice. Usurers in the ancient world were satirised, mocked and ridiculed through literature.  To borrow and not repay is wicked in itself (Psalm 37:21). So, people who borrow money from a bank or another financial institution act and do not repay act wickedly. They are obliged to repay all their debts to the lender and will give an account to God for not doing so on the Day of Judgment. This is because borrowing and not repaying is  a sin. However, on the other hand, there are savers who receive 'returns' on their deposits, properly called usury, who in receiving su...

The Tension between Borrowers and Savers are the Fruit of the Evils of Usury and Capitalism

From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members? Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not (James 4:1-2). We live in a world full of conflicts, wars, tension and fighting. The world asks, how to solve all these conflicts, all while accommodating for the self-interest of all parties, by preaching that people should simply negotiate. Negotiation as practiced by the world is full of immoral, unethical deals, where people and nations are willing to not kill a person they already hate, which is already murder in the heart (1 John 3:15) , just because of money. However, the spiritually mature follower of Christ knows that none of these conflicts can be solved in any way, nor that it is even about 'solving' conflicts. Rather, he asks, what is in the heart of a man that causes him to fight. James 4:1-2 poses and answers this question: ...

Usury is a Manifestation of Double-mindededness, and an Impurity of Heart

We the Church love to talk about purity, and how the world is disgusting, evil and vile in its impurity. Of course, the world is disgusting, evil and vile in its impurity, as evidenced by its rampant practice and approval of all kinds of sexual perversions, which is rising all the more. However, impurity of heart is need not necessarily be manifested in sexual perversion, although sexual perversion is of course impurity of heart. Impurity of heart can be manifested in all kinds of ways that one could think of. It can be manifested in even the most innocent of ways, for example, in helping the poor. A person may actually be genuinely helping the poor, but he or she may be motivated by a desire to show his or her good works, all without realising it. That is why, for example, Jesus had to say:  Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto y...

"Moral Hazard" is a Fleshly, Earthly and Demonic Excuse for Usury

But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth. This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish (James 3:14-15). The world comes up with all kinds of excuses to justify sin. Many of these excuses seem very wise, sophisticated and reasonable. However, that is part of demonic deception, which deceives all those who trust in earthly, and fleshly wisdom, and trust not God. All worldly wisdom as described by James 3:14-15 is a manifestation of bitter envying and strife: But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth. This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish . One of the myriad of excuses for sin which the world thinks is totally and absolutely legitimate in justifying sin, is that of 'moral hazard'. It believes that moral hazard is a legitimate excuse for usury.  The "moral hazard" doctrine purports that a...

Expecting to Receive in Return is Earthly, Fleshly and Worldly

For if ye love them which love you, what thank have ye? for sinners also love those that love them. And if ye do good to them which do good to you, what thank have ye? for sinners also do even the same. And if ye lend to them of whom ye hope to receive, what thank have ye? for sinners also lend to sinners, to receive as much again. But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil (Luke 6:32-35). The world expects to receive what it lends to people in return. It thinks it is legitimate to so expect, not because it truly upholds the righteous principle of honouring one's debts as per Psalm 37:21: The wicked borroweth, and payeth not again: but the righteous sheweth mercy, and giveth.   The world has such an expectation out of its own self-centredness, thinking that it is entitled to what it has, and that what it h...

Cruelty is of the spirit of Envious Self-centredness

We live in an age which is hyper-sensitive to violence and cruelty. Even the vile, wicked, evil worldly unsaved people in the decadent west are sensitive to violence and cruelty, especially when it is committed against so-called victim groups such as women and children. They have a special hatred for violence against women, instead of hating violence itself irrespective of who is committing it, or who is the (alleged) victim, out of its bias towards women. Violence is undoubtedly a vile, wicked evil sin. God destroyed the world during the time of Noah because of their wickedness, one of which was violence: And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth (Genesis 6:13). The modern western world which is vile, evil, wicked, disgusting and full of abominations, and which is yet so (supposedly) concerned about violence, out of its selfishness, people think that only vi...

The spirit of competition Feeds on the Desire to Rejoice in the Calamity of Others

Rejoice not when thine enemy falleth, and let not thine heart be glad when he stumbleth: Lest the Lord see it, and it displease him, and he turn away his wrath from him (Proverbs 24:17-18). God hates those who rejoice in the calamity of others. Rejoicing in the calamity of others is a vile, wicked evil sin. It is all too easy that think of oneself as one who does not rejoice in the calamity of others because one does not mock, or scoff one's enemies who fall into calamity. However, rejoicing in the calamity of others is very subtle, like all other sins. It is especially subtle because of how easy it is to mix truths, and half-truths, and to use truths and pervert them to justifying one's rejoicing in the calamity of others.  Those who rejoice in the calamity of others are not only proud, vile, arrogant, wicked. They are full of self-righteousness, manifesting in the belief that one is justified to laugh at the calamity,  in not only thinking oneself to be righteous in th...

The spirit of Witchcraft works Through the Whole Financial System by appeasing the Flesh and Trapping the Masses in Bondage to mammon

The spirit of witchcraft is alive and roaring about, seeking to manipulate, intimidate and dominate. She does so in all kinds of ways in all contexts. One such way is through the global financial system.  The spirit of witchcraft does not just work through abortion, feminism and sexual immorality, although she certainly does. She works through all channels by which deception can be made, to control and manipulate those under her grip.  Where there is deception, there is sin. Where there is sin being pursued, there is spiritual bondage (Galatians 3:24). Such is the case with all sins including systemic sins that are practiced widely and institutionalised in the God-ordained institutions of government, family and marriage.  The role of the government is to punish evil and reward good: For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execut...

The spirit of Mammon feeds on the Desire to Satisfy Selfish Ambition, Leading to Chaos and Conflict

For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work (James 3:16).   We live in a world full of conflicts, full of conflicts about absolutely everything. The mindset behind all such conflicts is the belief in one's so-called "rights", whether it be a "right" to find a satisfying relationship, a "right" to make money, or a "right" to have money one lends returned to oneself. Such indeed is the root of all conflicts. It is this very belief which is all too appealing to the flesh that even people of the true Church, that is, the true followers of Christ can fall into such a vile, abominable mindset - all without realising it. The belief in one's "rights" is a manifestation of being a respecter of persons, including being of course, a respecter of oneself. Being a respecter of person leads not to harmony and peace, as the world thinks, but yet does not experience despite all its active striving for peace. Such...
