Usury: Making profit out of the (debt) slavery of others

There are some in the modern Church who do acknowledge that usury is a sin - but that is, only between brothers and sisters in Christ. They condone usury taken by banks and loan companies on the basis that they are "businesses". This is just another deception that the spirit of mammon wants the Church to think. Doing business is not a sin in and of itself. However, there are clearly some things that is wrong to make a business out of because they are sins, such as abortion, prostitution and mind-altering drugs. Usury itself is a sin, regardless of who is the usurer and who is the debt slave. Ezekiel 18:13 makes it clear: Hath given forth upon usury, and hath taken increase: shall he then live? he shall not live: he hath done all these abominations ; he shall surely die; his blood shall be upon him. Note the use of the word 'abomination'. If it was only wrong between brothers and sisters in Christ, or wrong when charged against the poor, would the Bible descr

One who is seduced by mammon cannot seek first the righteousness of God

Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?   (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.   But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness ; and all these things shall be added unto you (Matthew 6:31-33). Jesus said that no one can serve both God and mammon. A person will hate one and love the other (Matthew 6:24). It is absolutely impossible to serve both God and mammon. Why?  If one is serving mammon or seduced by him, one will be choked by the cares of this world, which will, not possibly, or probably, but will most definitely lead to serve one's flesh. One serves mammon by seeking to serve one's flesh, or succumbing to serve one's flesh in the case of the true Christian. The spirit of mammon feeds on the anxiety of a person to satisfy one's lust of the flesh, lust of the eyes and pride of life. S

The spirit of mammon seeks to Seduce, Dominate and Blind

The world loves to complain about unfair treatment towards it when it is adversely affected, and of course, loves to justify its evil, perverse, oppressive treatment of others. Such is the vileness of the world! However, on the other hand, such can only be expected of the world who knows not God and is in bondage to sin through love of its sin.  The modern Church is one that is largely influenced by the world. It has failed to be true salt and light of the world. It is full of the fear of people. It is full of anxiety about how it can provide for oneself and one's family. It also still loves to complain about its lack of "rights", that which the true Christian would know is a false doctrine for absolutely everything good is given by God out of His grace alone. It is the evidence that many in the modern Church are under the spirit of mammon, controlled by him - all without even knowing. As such, many in the modern Church are in bondage to such things and do not even unde

The spirit behind all sins is faithlessness

The spirit behind all sins is faithlessness. All sins are from a failure to trust in God's Word, character and Moral Law. Such failure to trust God is the hatred of God by humanity. It is a vile sin. Faithless is the spirit behind usury, a failure to trust that God will provide, leading to enslavement to earthly finances. And he that doubteth is damned if he eat, because  he eateth  not of faith: for whatsoever  is  not of faith is sin (Romans 14:23).

Usury and the Oppression of the Poor

This is an absolute must-watch. This pastor exposes usury by using the Word of God. Church, wake up to expose and attack usury! Abolish usury now!!!!!

The unsaved fighting usury, while the Church does nothing

Many Christian media outlets have been complaining about Muslims seeking usury-free loans. They attack the Muslims for doing so, only to their shame. Usury is an abomination in the eyes of the Lord God.  It is just absolutely disturbing how the unsaved, for example, Muslims are pushing for usury-free loanswhile many Christians are either actively taking usury or complicit in it. It is just disturbing, sickening, it sickens me to death. I want to vomit because of the stance of the modern Church as against usury: lukewarm. You may argue that usury prohibition is merely an "Old Testament thing", or that the anti-usury people are being "legalistic". No! Usury is an abomination under the New Covenant as much as it was under the Old Covenant because it is a moral law based on the character of God. Simply because the Bible does not explicitly, directly or expressly talk about something does NOT mean it is legitimate.  For example, it does not explicitly talk about ga

"Your gifts are an abomination"

Many in the modern Church think that by giving much money to their own local church, they are very pleasing to God. Gifts that a person makes can be a true abomination: To what purpose is the multitude of your sacrifices unto me? saith the  Lord : I am full of the burnt offerings of rams, and the fat of fed beasts; and I delight not in the blood of bullocks, or of lambs, or of he goats.    When ye come to appear before me, who hath required this at your hand, to tread my courts?Bring no more vain oblations; incense is an abomination unto me; the new moons and sabbaths, the calling of assemblies, I cannot away with; it is iniquity, even the solemn meeting. Your new moons and your appointed feasts my soul hateth: they are a trouble unto me; I am weary to bear them (Isaiah 1:11-14). You may argue that you are giving for a righteous cause, not an unrighteous one. That may be true but that is not the real issue here. The issue is the heart, whether one gives freely, without a single

True giving as love

The modern world has no concept of giving. Any sacrifice required to be given by a person in the modern world is seen as 'oppression' and 'slavery'. Giving is not only a foreign concept in the modern world, but an anathema to the individual's freedom, liberty, rights and empowerment.  There is no doubt many evils of the modern world. The root of all evils is always the desire to serve oneself, and thereby serve mammon (Matthew 6:24-34; 1 Timothy 6:9-10). The root of all sins of the desire to serve the flesh - "lust of the eyes, lust of the flesh and pride of life" (1 John 2:16). The more an act enables a person to gratify these evil desires, the more pleasurable it is to the flesh. However, this fleeting pleasure of sin has a catch to it - it kills, and the world knows this not. The wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23).  Giving is an unknown attribute to the human flesh which by only ever seeks to take. He who lives by the flesh, as such, is blinded int

What the Church needs to know about the spirit of Mammon

But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. For the love of money is the root of all evil : which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows (1 Timothy 6:9-10). Fulfilling the Great Commission involves reproving evil The role of the Church, of which the true abolitionists are a part of, is to preach the Gospel, and teach people to obey the commandments of Christ. In Matthew 28:19-20, Jesus did not only tell the disciples to preach the Gospel and baptise people. He made to clear that this involves teaching people whatever He commanded His disciples: Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you : and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen (Ma

The False Doctrine of Rights and its Deception

The doctrine of “rights” is arguably the most deceptive doctrine in the world. It is not a ‘modern’ doctrine as many think, although, it is the foundation of many modern societies, in particular the West. Many in the modern world, and also the modern Church in the West, think that it is a perfectly legitimate doctrine, with nothing about it that warrants questioning. They do not even question the very doctrine of rights when seeing how it has been twisted by some. Rather, they dismiss this as merely the act of a minority who just need to learn their lesson that they should respect the “rights” of others. This is a failure on part of those who believe in the doctrine of rights – the vast majority of people, including many Christians, particularly the ones from the West. The doctrine of “rights” is a great deception. Its manifestation is responsible for most of the evils, suffering, conflicts and pain in the world, if not all. The Doctrine of “Rights” is Hostile against God Majo
