Fighting the Four Evils

Again, the devil took Him up on an exceedingly high mountain, and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory.    And he said to Him, “All these things I will give You if You will fall down and worship me.”   Then Jesus said to him,  “Away with you, Satan! He appeals to anti-Islamist westerners as anti-Islamist, to Islamists as Islamic, to women's liberationists are a liberator of women, black ethnonationalists as a liberator of blacks, and to religious cults as a distorted image of God, that suits their own desires, lusts and flesh.  People love to talk about which cult or evil ideological ...

God gives people earthly temporal things, like jobs, marriages, families, food and money. However, not all earthly things are from God. Some are from the devil. In fact, for much of the time, most earthly things that people have are from the devil. So, how can one discern whether what one has is truly from God, or from the devil? If God has given something to a person, it is either for him or her to sustain himself or herself to do the Will of God, or to use for God's glory in serving God and others. Anything that God gives to a person is ultimately for His glory, and not for that person to indulge in, enjoy in and of itself, show others, or to use to gain power and control over others.  For Philippians 2:3-4 says:" Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves. There is nothing more vile than the ideology of liberalism and its fruit. There are many evil doctrines in the world, but none is more evil than liberalism. Liberalism not merely foolish and the result of a darkened heart and mind (Ephesians 4:18). It is the height of pride and arrogance and the height of all perversion in miminising the standards of God and His ways to be usuable only when it provides some "benefit" to humankind.  Instead of totally rejecting Christian doctrine like fundamentalist religions which strive for their own righteousness, liberalism looks at the moral doctrines of Christianity as a dead prey and selects what it believes to be the "good parts" of it, and discards the rest once done, like a vulture feeding on dead carcasses. That is precisely what makes it so utterly perverse - that is still seeks the benefits it brings to society, and yet does not want to trust the God of the Bible and His Ways. Many in the modern Church in the west deny the exists of real demons which seek to tempt people into sin. Nothing can be more misguided than this. They ridicule and mock all talk about the spirit of mammon, and to look "biblical" and thinking they are so "biblical" and "holy", simply retort that they find many verses in the Bible about sin from the human heart. Yes, the human heart is inclined to sin and can but only sin (Jeremiah 17:9; Matthew 15:19; Mark 7:21). However, this does not mean that there are no evil demonic spirits out there who seek to seduce people, including true believers of Christ into sin, to snatch the faith out of their hearts.  There is a such thing as deceiving spirits. We hear about the destruction of western culture and civilisation from conservative Christian activists in the west, who are very upset about the decline of the west. The west once used to be the bedrock of Christendom. Now, it is a cesspool of nothing bu t decadence, immorality, debauchery, all promoted under the false guise of "liberty" and "freedom", claimed to be "progress".  So, what lead to the decline of the west?   We know that we are of God, and the whole world lies under the sway of the wicked one (1 John 5:19). The world loves the idea of its so-called "rights", and loves to fight for them. The world, as 1 John 5:19 is under the power of satan, that vile, serpent whose works Christ came to destroy (1 John 3:8) and who Christ has defeated by defeating sin and death (1 Corinthians 15:55-57): He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. Money and murder go together.  Most crime in the world is committed with the motive to gain money, or to avenge for threats to one's finances or possession, either directly or indirectly. Much violence is motivated by the desire for money, or in response to one's financial security. There is a very strong connection between money and murder. All those social, or cultural movements which seek to 'advance' the interests of certain groups who take advantage of all social tumult are seek equality, liberty, freedom and rights such as the black liberationists and the feminists. They hate those who are skeptical of them, or resist them. They love the material things such as equality, rights or freedom, which ultimate come from money which enables people to buy absolutely anything that is earthly.
