Introduction Environmentalism is often regarded as a noble movement which simply seeks to protect the environment. However, what many do not understand is its true motive and the spirit behind it. Like all ideologies, there is a spirit behind it. That spirit is a wicked one, who blinds godless people into following the agenda of the devil.  What do I mean by a spirit behind it? Say, a teacher says to a student, “Don’t run on concrete”. That is done in the spirit of duty, rather than love. However, if a parent says the same thing to his child, that would be in the spirit of love. The spirit behind something included the motive, but not only the motive. It includes the heart of person as to why he stands for something. For example, a true follower of Christ opposes pornography in the spirit of holiness, righteousness and purity. Dr Muehlenberg documents numerous example of how the fear of man manifests in Christians when it comes to proclaiming the truth. It is just ironic how they preach gentleness and impose their rules on ‘cultural sensitivity’, which they wrongly equate to Biblical gentleness, but yet, when they feel offended over trivial things, such as the use of the word ‘modern Church’, they are like an aggressive lion, seeking to devour. The hypocrisy of these evangelicals is a stench in the nostrils of God. They love to preach grace, but are yet full of legalism whenever they are offended about trivial things, such as the use of words, or how someone has broken the evangelical industrial complex rules based on their subjective feelings about how to deal with people, manifesting their astounding hypocrisy. The modern western Church has become so influenced by the world, as many know. But, one thing it does not realise is the anti-Christian spirit of democracy, or properly called demoncracy. Some think that democracy means to seek justice and fairness for all. However, this view shows great spiritual blindness towards what democracy really is. Democracy means people power, and what people want . Jesus said that what is esteemed by men is an abomination to God: And he said unto them, Ye are they which justify yourselves before men; but God knoweth your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God (Luke 16:15). This means what it says, that what people in general, not just pharisees esteem is an abomination to God.  The lost 'secular' world and the pharisees are not only no different. They are the same. Many pastors are too fearful to preach, not only truth, but truth in a bold and unapologetic way, so as to deny its power, because of the 'democracy' in the modern Church, where the people of the congregation have power to effectively determine who is "their" pastor. Church leaders bow down to "the people" in the Church, and reject pastors who do speak the truth, in the proper way, that is the bold way that makes no apology for the truth. Pastors, and evangelists who speak truth, but in a whimping way which apologise for the truth are part of the problem...
