Democracy is of the spirit of self-serving and pride, elevating Man above God

Democracy means 'people rule'. It is about what man wants, which is diametrically opposed to what God wants. The rule of God and the rule of man can never be reconciled as, that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God (Luke 16:15).

So, since democracy, or rather, demon-cracy, is the political system that seeks man's wants, it is an anti-christian worldview.

Democracy is not based on Biblical values at all, despite what so many in the modern Western Church think, including many in the evangelical, orthodox, conservative Church in the west.

Demon-cracy is the hatred of God's Sovereignty.

Demoncracy says that people rule, which is totally against what Romans 13 says about government being ordained by God.

Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.
Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.
For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:
For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.
Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake.
For for this cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God's ministers, attending continually upon this very thing.
Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honour to whom honour.

Romans 13:1 makes it clear that "there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God."

You may say, since the Bible does not tell us about which political system is the right one, God allows us to choose our leaders, and so Romans 13 really means that God is one who ultimately chooses the leaders.

It is true that the Bible does not tell us about which political system is the right one. This is precisely because it is a spiritual book, not an earthly one which those of you Christians who are still so focused on politics and culture, and think that demoncracy is Biblical, out of your earthly-mindedness and delusion. It is because of your earthly-mindedness and delusion that it need to be said that demoncracy is an anti-christian worldview, which you dare to think is an Biblical one.

You may then say, God can use demoncracy to ultimately choose the leaders. However, that completely misses the point. The point is that demoncracy is of the spirit of self-centredness of man and rebellion against God in elevating man above God. That God can turn evil into good is irrelevant as to whether demoncracy is anti-christian.
