Doing the will of humanity is to Serve satan

The west has been credited for democracy, and the rest of the world has envied the west for its democracy. What could be better, the freedom to choose the laws one finds desirable, and economic freedom? "How could democracy be evil?" one would think. Indeed, such is the thinking of most people, both Christians and the unsaved.

Ephesians 6:12 makes it clear that "we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places". We are not fighting people, whether communists, socialists, liberalists, feminists, homosexualists, terrorists, Islamists, Jews or any other human when fighting evil. We are fighting demons, real persons without a body. We are fighting satan. However, satan indeed uses those who he owns to wage war against true Christians.

The Bible throughout the Old Testament and New Testament has represented government as unrighteous and wicked - from the wicked kings of Israel, warring enemies of Israel to the Roman Empire which actively persecuted God's people. The role of government as a human organisation in any nation, era or culture is to deal with human affairs. The word 'politics' means 'human affairs'. Such a role is inherently an earthly one.

To be earthly-minded is to focus on earthly things that will rot. It is hold earthly things as one's treasure. Whoever holds earthly things as one's treasure will serve his desire to gain more earthly comfort for "where your treasure is, there will your heart be also" (Matthew 6:21). Mammon is the spirit behind all earthly things, not just money as many Christians seem to think. The love of money is the root of all evil (1 Timothy 6:10).

Money in this world is that which enables people to gain anything that is earthly, including respect, "fairness", "equity", power and comfort. The rich in this world has greater access to justice in the court system, greater opportunities to acquire higher political positions and are able to evade moral condemnation from the world with impunity. In fact, the world follows those who are rich. So, 1 Timothy 6:10 does not refer to loving money as a physical object, and things that can be brought it it; it refers to the demonic power that money gives to a person. Money always tempts people with a spirit behind it, whether Christian or not. That spirit is the spirit of mammon.

Earthliness is therefore of the spirit of mammon. Anything that focuses on how to live freely, happily or comfortably as the chief ends comes from the spirit of mammon. No where in the Bible does God say that he promises His people to "enjoy" earthly freedom, happiness or comfort. God wants His people to enjoy Him, not the things of the world.

Human nature is against God. No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon (Matthew 6:24). Every single individual will either love God and hate mammon, or love mammon and hate God. There is no third ground. Therefore, human government which seeks to serve the will of the people, will hate God because serving the will of the people is to serve the carnal flesh. The carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be (Romans 8:7).

The heart of democracy is to serve the carnal flesh, which therefore is to serve mammon as mammon works through the "lust of the eyes, lust of the flesh and the pride of life" (1 John 2:16).  Democracy appears to promise the things of the world, but such things as empty and which the world knows is meaningless. The world seeks after these things because it walks by sight, the opposite of the Christian who is to live by faith (2 Corinthians 5:7).

Satan exploits the perception of democracy being a 'deliverer' and 'provider' of the things the world seeks for through democratic governments that serve the things of this world. They help him gain a stronghold over the world by setting up a system that enslaves people to serve mammon.

He promises them power, money, and all the kingdoms of the world, which they exchange with their work to serve a more democratic system which will give them more popularity, and therefore power. This is the real core of democracy.

Signs of a Person under the spirit of mammon

Both the unsaved and saved can be under the spirit of mammon. Do not be deceived! An unsaved person can only serve mammon because it is not part of his nature to submit to God in any way (Romans 8:7). However, the Christian can most definitely yield to the temptations of mammon just as he can yield to the temptations of satan. This is what is means for a Christian to be under the spirit of mammon. The signs of a person being under the spirit of mammon are: The person does not understand the spirit of mammon. This is because he or she is blinded by it and therefore cannot see it. The person reacts whenever being confronted with being told that they are under the spirit of mammon, or being told that they may be under it. This is not the person themselves reacting, but the spirit of mammon reacting. The person is self-satisfied with the abundance that they have. This is especially the case with many Christians today. They are happy with having a family, a well-paying job, security

Two types of contentment

The world seeks contentment. It seeks to be contented in pursuit of all kinds of things, whether it be money, health, wealth, romance, sex, careers or family. It does not necessarily seek after riches to be content. However, that one does not seek after money as the first priority, but other things that are typically associated with good traditional values, such as family, does not in any way mean that one is content in the godly sense. By no means! A person can be a "conservative" and "religious" but just as earthly as the "liberal". There are two types of contentment: earthly contentment and godly contentment. Earthly contentment finds its fulfillment and satisfaction in things that are passing away, not necessarily money, but also things like family, education and children. Yes, that's right. Many professing American Christians think that they could never be under the spirit of mammon because they care for their families and love their families, a

The spirit behind Debt, the spirit of Mammon, seeks to Blind, Control, Enslave and Dominate by debt

Many people just cannot understand what usury is for what it is. Thus, in order for people to understand what exactly usury is, they must be made to understand debt first. Debt is not merely money to be repaid. It has power. Debt indeed is power, which comes from a source not from God: For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places (Ephesians 6:12).  One can discern that debt has a power behind it if one uses one's godly discernment. Debt brings spiritual bondage to a person, not merely financial bondage, but spiritual bondage. The real issue with debt for all people whether unsaved or saved is that it keeps people from fully serving God. It is a spiritual stronghold of mammon that panders to the flesh, to make a God-hater even more hostile against God, by feeding on his flesh to increase its appetite even more. It is also a spiritual stronghold
