The spirit of witchcraft works through control and deceit to enslave people to sin. She manifests in all kinds of slavery, from slavery to drug use or slavery to an ideology. She is part of unholy trinity of mammon, witchcraft and harlotry. Demons work in threes. Why? To mock the Holy Trinity of God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son and the Holy Spirit.
Sin comes from the human heart. There is no doubt. However, this does not mean there are no such things as evil spirits who seek to enslave people to sin. Rather, it would be surprising if there were no evil spirits who seek to enslave people to sin.
Isaiah 19:3 says: "And the spirit of Egypt shall fail in the midst thereof; and I will destroy the counsel thereof: and they shall seek to the idols, and to the charmers, and to them that have familiar spirits, and to the wizards." Rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft (1 Samuel 15:23). There is a reason why each Bible verse is give to us and written the way it is.
Witchcraft is sin, just like any other sin you may argue. It is certainly a sin. However, why does the Bible says specifically that rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft? Why does it not say that strife is as of the sin of witchcraft, or fear of man (modern evangelicals take not) is of the sin of witchcraft? Rebellion is the root of all sins.
Further questions are raised as to why does the Bible not say rebellion is as the sin of idolatry, arrogance or pride? Why does it say that it is as the sin of witchcraft? Both rebellion and witchcraft are not just mere sins. They both seek not only to defy God, and not even satisfied when they cause others to stumble like those that Proverbs 4:16 refers to: "For they sleep not, except they have done mischief; and their sleep is taken away, unless they cause some to fall". No! They are only satisfied until they have controlled a person, placed a person in bondage to a sin which leads to death, and deceived others around that person into thinking that sin which leads to death is "harmless" or "legitimate", a "right" of the person to commit.
Do not be deceived, there is no such thing as a "right", let alone a right to sin! The world has no rights to have its own beliefs, systems and thinking for it shall be punished in Hell for such rebellion. It is not entitled to such things, for if it was, God would not punish it for such things.
All the deceptions in the world regarding truth manifested in the movements seeking legitimise evil, and force others to commit such sins are of the spirit of witchcraft. Such examples are the diabolical feminist movement which real motive is to break down the authority of the man as head of the household, claiming that it seeks to "help" women, and the homosexual movement which real motive is to break down the authority of the God's Word on sexuality, while claiming that it has been persecuted and still is being persecuted. However, these are by no means the only manifestations as many in the modern Church would be tempted to think.
The calling of good evil, and evil good is only a mere manifestation of the spirit of witchcraft. To think that mere hatred of authority is witchcraft is naive foolishness, just as to think greed and careerism is mammon is naive foolishness. These are just mere examples of the manifestation of witchcraft and mammon working through the unsaved, and the Christians who have not fully submitted to God in some areas of their life. It is the height of foolishness to think that a true Christian can never be influenced by a demon or satan at some point in his life. That I even need to use the term 'true Christian' itself is because of naive Christians who think they can never be influenced by evil demons, as if they could never fall into the flesh.

She feeds on the desire of people who perceive that they are oppressed to fight for "rights" to do evil, blinding them with a false sense of "liberation".
People who are under her deception think they are so "liberated" in their carnality, and think that their bondage comes from oppression. This is manifested in (professing) Christians who think that capitalism is liberating for all by its "righteousness", but yet complain about the financial bondage it brings, not realising that the source of bondage from the mammonised system. She enslaves through her deceptions, which allow her to control the masses spiritually. It is no wonder that many professing Christians, including the true converts feel so upset whenever you attack the mammonised system of capitalism, from which many benefit from, in the earthly sense of course.
The most common form of witchcraft in the modern world is the media. It is not that the media tells many lies. Rather, it tells many truths, but truths mixed with lies which makes all the difference, and influences perception. The media interprets the news and seeks to do so in a way to gain power over the way people think. Those who have no source of truth, who do not read the Bible, The Holy Word of the only true God, will falls for her snares, and who liver will be pierced (Proverbs 7:23).
The spirit of witchcraft works through the desire of the flesh to suppress the truth by its own unrighteousness (Romans 1:18-19; 8:7) and embrace lies. She feeds on the desire for sweet death-giving deception, rather than bitter but life-giving truth. She controls people through their desire for such "lust of the flesh, lust of the eyes and pride of life" (1 John 2:16) by tempting them to embrace lies, blinding them into thinking that sin is liberating, and righteousness is enslaving and oppressive.
