Fear God, not modern evangelicals

Modern evangelicals like to impose their rules of cultural sensitivity on people, under the guise of gentleness. I have spoken to one such person, and I can discern that the spirit in which he speaks about these matters is not right. He has a spirit of fear. He admits it himself and imposes his rule of cultural sensitivity on others to make himself feel secure about how he does his witnessing.

The Bible says that the fear of God is the beginning of wisdom (Proverbs 9:10). To fear God is to hate evil (Proverbs 8:13). Fearing modern evangelicals is not the beginning of wisdom, or the hatred of evil.

The more a modern evangelical scorns me or mocks me for not being "nuanced" enough (whatever that means), or speaking about mammon in a distorted way, the more emboldened I am in being as harsh as  justice, offensive as truth and bold as a lion.

Fear God , not modern evangelicals.

The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom. To fear God is to hate evil.

The fear of modern evangelical is the beginning of spiritual bondage. To fear modern evangelicals is to compromise with and tolerate evil.
